i think that ,due to global servers involved, there will always be sites available to dl pretty much anything that you want.but there is going to be a more urgent enforcement of licensed product protection.the new hollywood writers strike settlement is already making it tough on file sharing companies that had been very upfront about what they were doing, bitTorrent has had to pay up and others will be persued as well i would think.isps can't monitor ecerything and using proxies while visiting sites that offer file sharing is likely the best way to go.

i hope not.Thought the net could not be regulated.
